"I have friendly & helpful neighbors. They have let me know when my garage door was left open by mistake. They have let me borrow the rotary lawnmower and may push lawnmower could not cut grass because it was too long. Many of the people in the neighborhood have chatted with me while they are out walking their dogs. I feel safe much safer riding my ten speed bike on the streets here than I did with the heavy traffic in the Boston, MA. area."

"We have community events held at the community center. Most of the events are hosted by the city,or funded by a nonprofit organization group. I have not been to any events that any of my neighbors have organized, but i believe it is possible in this neighborhood. we don't have any problems from what I see. I have lived in the neighborhood for the past 3 years. I know that it would be beneficial if someone could get a block party hosted or started a community garden to get people more familiar with the people that live in the neighborhood. "
