        "There are lots of other friendly dogs and plenty of walking trails in the area. It’s a very loafer dog-friendly community. There are also dog waste receptacles placed around the trails. "

        "DO NOT move anywhere near PIKE DR, COHO ST, LEOPOLD WAY, or POST RD. This is a high crime area. There have been TWO shootings in the last 2 weeks and another one on LEOPOLD WAY and POST RD the same day."
