"There’s a lot of local businesses, bars, restaurants just a ten minute walk away from here. And during the summer there’s a lovely farmers market on college ave, which is also only a 10/15 minute walk away. Mile of music usually happens on the ave which is an excitement for the entirety of Appleton. "

"Not sure. I’m sure dog owners would like to walk their dogs without any issues. However, dog owners need to be respectful of other people’s property by picking up after their pets. "

"I've lived in the the Applegate subdivision for almost 20 yrs and love the location and the neighborhood. I'm so close to everything but yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I have so much wildlife in my backyard but yet I'm less than 5 minutes from dowtown Appleton, PAC, Fox River Mall, Timber Rattlers Stadium, Pick'n Save, Woodman's, Festival Foods grocery stores but also 5 min away from Bubolz Nature Preserve and many parks. The location is really the best of both worlds. I also like the low Grand Chute taxes."

"Lived in the area for two years. We loved the Oneida St, it seems busy but it is not. Close to downtown but still far enough to be away and quite. Best is the proximity to Erb park and walking distance to elementary school and middle school. I worked at Lawrence and rode the bike to work, about a 7 minute ride or 20 minute walk"
