"Tons of families, safe feeling for kiddos. Kids do run amuck though. Can be disrespectful. TOO MANY PEOPLE LET THEIR DOGS POOP AND DONT PICK UP! It’s a huge issue! I like it though. Neighbors are pretty chill. "

"I lived off 102nd by 5 corners and loved it! spendt all middle school and high school years in that area. all age groups around that area as well so if you have kids wanting to make new friends, this is place to go!"
