"Most people keep to themselves, and don't bother kids here. We've had some flare ups of gang activity, but it is currently moving to other neighborhoods. "

"I don’t commute, but theres super quick access to Highway 16 and I5, decent bus coverage from what little I’ve used it, there are numerous nearby bus stops but idk all the routes "

"Rough area but if you have a house to yourself not so bad. Lots of crazy dogs owned by other people on the streets, one even jumped out of his fence and tried to attack me and my dog. Stay safe "

"Lots of schools in the area! I personally would keep an eye on my children, mostly because the world is crazy not because it’s a bad area. Beautiful area with a good sense of community. "
