Description

*Masks required to tour units.

Described as a Capitol Hill landmark, the charming and well-tended Littlefield Apartments is considered a little piece of history. This classic vintage 1910 building is situated on the NE side of Capitol Hill, within a beautiful tree-lined block along 19th Ave E, between East Thomas St. & East John St. It is comprised of Studios, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom apartment homes. We are located near the quaint shopping area of 19th Avenue. Within walking distance, you will find plenty of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, multiple green spaces, and even an ice cream shop!

The Littlefield is just a short walk or bus ride to Broadway Ave. or downtown. The Microsoft Commuter stops within walking distance from the building. There is convenient access to multiple bus lines running along E. Thomas. Routes #10 & #11 (or link light rail) go directly downtown, #8 & #43 routes take you north towards the University District, and less than 3/4 mile away is the First Hill Streetcar stop. Whether you're spending an afternoon at Pike Place Market or attending a football game at Husky Stadium, you can be sure that your transportation needs are covered!

"Lots of parks. People are very dog friendly. Cafes and restaurants have treats and water bowls. Warning some green spaces are now over run with homeless addicts "

"I can’t really say much for parents. I don’t have kids and I rarely see families around here, but there are a few here and there. Absolutely none in my apartment building. I don’t even know where the schools are around here, besides the community college lol. Honestly, I would move out of Capitol Hill if I wanted to raise a family. "

"I love the older architecture and big houses. The hills create the feeling of space between the houses, and contribute to each lot’s character and views. The lot sizes vary and some have great yards, others are smaller. Most houses are far enough off the street/sidewalk to create privacy. "

"Public transit here is so far behind. I don’t understand how this city taxes everyone so much for cost of living but can’t put together a decent public transit system. A 15 minute drive shouldn’t take me 1hr 15minutes. Oh and congrats Washington for extending the light rail system that’ll be finished in 5 years if we’re lucky."
