"lots of very dog reactive dogs left in yards or at least have constant access to the yard to be able to flip out whenever you walk by their fence with your dog on the sidewalk. maybe that's just the immediate neighbors around us. "

"There are a handful of kids in the neighborhood. A playground about a 10 minute walk up the street. Plenty of kid friendly hikes within a 20-30 min drive. It’s quiet and people tend to keep to themselves mostly so if you like a sense of community, this may not be the place for you. "

"It’s dog friendly. But yards are small so it’s not great for throwing a ball for big dogs. Our dogs are happy still though."

"My family recently moved from the top of Finn Hill in Juanita/Kirkland to the Bothell/Main St. area and it has been a fantastic change of address. Finn Hill is also beautiful, but the Main St. area in Bothell adds the walkability of all the kitchie shops and restraunts on Main St, including fun events, like the wine walks, 4th of July parade, art festival and the soon to be returning summer concerts. Major bus roots unite the area to Bellevue and Seattle. The schools are great and the price is relatively less. I really cannot say enough good things about southern Bothell."
