"Homelessness and filth abound. Property is trespassed regularly and theft is common. Upkeep of the area is pathetic. Drugs are prevalent. People are rude. Employees with certain institutions take after the vagrants of the street in their conduct and demeanor. Recommend residency elsewhere. "

"My neighborhood has lots of great qualities. Lots of old mid century homes that all have their unique fun features. Most of the neighbors have lived on this street for 15+ years and are all very friendly with each other. The grocery store, elementary and high school are walking distance from our home. There is a beautiful park also five minutes away. "
