"I like the housing developments and how easy it is to go on runs, walks, or to take your dog out. I enjoy the family environment it provides and I’ve got a up here during the summers and winters with my grandparents. It is fun to be here while school is in because you practically have the whole neighborhood to yourself. "

"It’s only unique in the HOA Management. They brag about “we’ve been doing it this way since 1994...” guess what morons, that was 24 years ago, you might want to CATCH UP with the rest of the World. There’s literally no where safe to park but in your drive way. People are hostile scared to make friends. I’m moving as soon as I find another place. This neighborhood SUCKS!"
