"Dog owners would like the fact that it is a dog friendly neighborhood however Most owners have their dogs caged all day or outside all day barking. I've also seen dogs run the neighborhood off of a leash without an owner"

"The fan has the most character in all of Richmond. You'll see more diversity than anywhere else. It's very dog friendly (to be sure there are people who don't like or shouldn't own dogs). It's also easy to get to the rest of the city by public transportation or bike."

"the Catholic church and school around the corner host a 3 day festival every spring and play loud music until midnight. I suppose the random car vandalism and playing "gunshots or backfires?" at night could also be considered charming. "

"Don’t live here; but stopped in this area just north of Rocketts Landing and, it was nice to see transit appears well established; with upgrades to stops clearing in the works, and be able to stop into a well lit BP Station, with a decent Food Mart, and clean restroom (though only one shared use.) "
