"Annual fireworks within walking distance! The many large man made lakes give this area a natural feel despite the dense population. There are community movie nights in the summer, shred-events, yard and decoration competitions. Ashburn Village is surprisingly welcoming and has a nice feel. The typical NOVA congestion doesn’t choke up our ability to get out into the community."
