    "It has become a retirement area. The homes are old and the most of the residents are, too. The problem is most of these homes were built 30-40 years ago and they're just not very practical or valuable. Other areas of Plano provide newer homes for less money with more vibrant neighborhoods. Frisco is also a better value."
