"This is a wonderful neighbor to live. There is a lot of places to walk to for food and drink. The amount of new construction is very promising for values of homes. It is great place to walk our dog and enjoy seeing friendly neighbors."

"Lived here for two years. The neighborhood is slowly getting better and when the construction ends and new restaurants and shops come in it will be a very nice place to be"
- Sara C.

"It’s a nice neighborhood but not the safest. Good to keep an eye out at all times. Especially in the area approaching Girard there have been shootings. Public transportation is bus-based and in the morning or during peak hours the buses are overflowing. It’s hard to sit and even harder to get comfortable if riding with your children."
