"High foot traffic during weekends. Beware of dogs off-leash. Loud Music, overall noise on the weekends. Stay alert of people and traffic at all times. Parking permits for your residence area are encouraged. you can still find some free parking. Great restaurants and places to grab a bite near by. In walking distance to Major transit, close to cc and old city."

"Central & conveniently walkable to Washington Square park, the best park in the city. Also nearby is Independence Hall with adjacent park. The Delaware River Waterfront and nearby Ben Franklin Bridge both make for excellent jogging destinations."
