"The only way to commute in the area is own cars. Without cars it’s almost impossible to travel around the area."

"I’ve lived here for five years. People in the community are friendly, but locals are a close knit group. The area is quiet and safe and has good schools. Local housing is a bit dated, but it is quite affordable provided you don’t build. For someone who has grown up in a small town and has a family there is plenty to do. For someone more accustomed to city living we are quite a ways from nightlife and shopping. "
