The Regent, located at 1975 NW Everett, is a stunning Modern Art Deco inspired building in the Alphabet Historic District of Northwest Portland. Built in 1937 and designed by Harry A. Herzog, this five story masonry building with a secluded, U-shaped courtyard showcases the modern emphasis on form of post-depression architecture in Portland. The Regent is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and remains to this day one of Portland's favorite historical apartment buildings.

"people are friendly everything is within walking distance there is a good stores around shops the only thing that was here but it closed down it would be nice if a Harley Davidson shop store would move in the neighborhood again"
