    "Been here for the better part of 43 years and I know the neighborhood well. Walking alone at night is NOT a good idea. Lock your car doors. Lock your door at home. Don't leave anything out that you want to keep. Don't leave anything valuable in view. We call it Felony Flats for a reason."
