In 1915, the W. Bingham Co. built a wholesale warehouse in Cleveland, OH. Over 100 years later, that building still stands, but has since been converted into apartments that provide its residents with a prime location in one of the most popular areas of town. Sporting events, entertainment, night life, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance. With the original hardwood floors and high ceilings with exposed piping, the building maintains a warehouse feel while also providing a modern look and features. Breathtaking views and unique living spaces also come together to reflect the distinct downtown lifestyle that you crave. The building also offers a community room with free Wi-Fi, an on-site grocery store, and a 4,000 sq. ft. fitness center that is continuously updated. Each apartment comes with a washer & dryer and central air conditioning. We are also a pet friendly building with a pet park for your four-legged friends.

"We love all the historic buildings and beautiful architecture. It’s easy to walk around downtown and there is always something to see."
  • Trulia User
"There are lots of dogs living downtown. There are green spaces on almost every block. Many people; however, fail to clean up after their dog. Please don’t be one of those people. "
  • Trulia User
"not enough stores and none of the pharmacy are open late. not enough stores. parking is a catch 22 in the evening "
  • Trulia User
"not for kids to parks for them to play it's close to homeles.ashelters as well as a lot of club foot.traffic"
  • Trulia User
"My spouse and I walk to work. Love our neighbors and fellow downtown residents. Bars and restaurants who are responsible good neighbors are awesome. The city allows four bar owners to negatively affect the livability of the neighborhood. They also divert public safety funds to monitor the area to “just stop fights” of drunk bar patrons one one block, yet leave other surrounding streets (and neighborhoods) unsafe. The only thing from keeping downtown Cleveland from being amazing is the city itself. "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of dog parks and places to go walk your dog. This is a dog friendly place that has came along way in the last few years"
  • Trulia User
"baseball games football games basketball games concerts Etc. comedy shows and great people the republic party the Democrat party's great bars Great clubs"
  • Trulia User
"What makes this neighborhood unique is the revitalization of the downtown area. There are plenty of spaces to walk dogs if you own a dog and the areas are kept nice and neat. There is also public transportation to get around town that is completely free."
  • Trulia User
"20 min commute I use the rapid train to get downtown I work downtown easy to get to the downtown area"
  • Trulia User
"It's close to everything. It helps that I work downtown, so I have no commute. I just walk everywhere."
  • Trulia User
"I have lived in Seymour, TN 37865 for 12+ years. The neighbors all know one another but primarily only have events with family. We gave our 83yr. old neighbor a Father's Day Party one year. We have full view of the Mountain Range from Cosby to Blount County. We have a very unique neighborhood as most have lived there most all of their lives. We have great neighbors, both in friendliness and concern for one another's property's safe keeping."
  • Trulia User
"its wonderful to live so close to the Home of the late Langston Hughes. also, its under a 5 minute drive to three major Hospitals in Cleveland."
  • Trulia User
"Diverse by age and livelihood (alas not ethnicity, but that’s changing), fiercely loyal to our n’hood parks and schools, active civic association."
  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived in my neighborhood for 10 years. We are surrounded by other families with kids and we are within walking distance to everything downtown has to offer."
