The Model Group partnered with the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation (WHRF) to preserve and revitalize eight historic buildings of the neighborhood business district.Trevarren Flats is a transformational development in the heart of Walnut Hills.     "Enjoy eden park, cincy art musem, & krohn conservatory as your backyard. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to above spots and Mt. Adams. Easy walk to Andy's and ZZ's pizza. Bus stop on gilbert and nassau. A roll down gilbert you are in downtow. Awesome place..loved it."
