Many grocery stores and restaurants and retail stores to shop. Unique shops on the main common area in the middle of the city. "There are two parks in a three block area. Level walking throughout the neighborhood. It would be nice however for the city to make the parks more dog friendly and put up waste containers for doggy poop bags. "

"Ithaca is a college town with the cultural features that often accompany Ivy League schools (Cornell being one). The local public schools are excellent. South Hill neighborhood enjoys a close proximity to downtown (close enough to walk) while, at the same time being far enough from the more dense population for night time quiet. The neighborhood is a great place to own if you work in Ithaca College as the college is about a 3 minute walk. The 11 bus runs every half hour from early AM till into the wee hours of the morning so that there is always an alternative way up the hill."

"Fall Creek, in Ithaca New York is a wonderful place to live, and grow. This street is a very quiet dead end with very little traffic, just the residents who live here. This house is wonderfully done, you must take a tour to believe how quiet and peaceful it is. This home features a well landscaped back yard with a waterfall and fishpond plus an additional side yard, for the children to enjoy. Inside all modern appliances with Central air and gas furnace, what a savings. Where in Ithaca will you find such a complete home? Better check this one out before it gets away."
