"Traffic is probably one of the low points of this neighborhood and actually most of the Huntersville North Carolina area. There has not been any progress in the improvement of the road system in this area for many years. All scheduled improvements keep getting pushed out further and further and further."

"The traffic is pretty awful during peak times, and often even outside of those times. We try to avoid 77 at all times by using surface roads such as Statesville and Old Statesville, but those are equally horrendous during peak times. "

"How close the houses are. Also it’s very quiet and organized. The area is very clean as well. The people here make sure that they clean up any trash around in their yard. The only thing to watch out for us dog poop because sometimes they don’t pick up after their dogs."

"I live here. I looked for houses all over the area and decided on Cedarfield Plantation in 2004, the first development in the area. The builders left the natural areas and mature trees, and didn't flatten out the lots. The foundations were built to conform to the lay of the land. Lots of trees everywhere. This area wasn't badly affected by the housing bubble burst and it's easy to see why. This is the nicest development in the region in my opinion. One of the best hospitals is a mile away, as are shopping centers, pharmacies, groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. Beautiful area with 70'+ trees, deer, hawks, and a green space park with trails behind the house a few hundred feet away."
