Description

Welcome to the President and Park Royal where old world charm meets modern day amenities. Entering their elegant lobbies, you can journey back to the 1920's and 1930's luxury of crystal chandeliers, marble flooring, crown molding and a building concierge. Adjacent to the Lobby, you can enter the Library and enjoy a relaxing moment next to the marble framed fireplace, or gather around the center table with family and friends for board games. For a more formal gathering, look no further than the elegant Ballroom. This timeless private room features a large fireplace framed with its original high mantel and columns, carved wall molding, and wood framed recessed columned windows. For privacy during your special event, the French door can be closed.

For your exercise workouts, the Fitness Room includes a state of the art elliptical, stationary bike, treadmill, and free weights. These are all located in a room of wood framed mirrors, a marble fireplace with sconce lighting, and padded flooring. The community rooftop sundeck includes gas fired barbeque grills; and throughout these public areas, tenants and their guests have courtesy access to high speed Wi-Fi.

The journey continues to the individual apartment homes. The President and Park Royal offer spacious units that feature parquet wood floors, formal dining rooms, and cedar closets with exceptional space. Custom brass and crystal doorknobs adorn many of the apartment home doors. The individual apartments include built in shelving, high ceilings and ornate crown molding and many homes have decorative fireplaces or screened in balconies. Some floors have only four homes.

In every journey, one must be properly equipped and each apartment has both high speed internet and cable TV service included in the rent. Electronic fob entry, reserved garage parking, bicycle storage, and laundry facilities in each building are among the modern amenities.

"I've lived in this area for over 10 years and I have seen the progress, clean up and expansion of the neighborhoods and businesses. At the beginning there were issues with car break ins but has decreased due to police driving through neighborhoods keeping an eye on the community... Thank You for that!.. "

"Most businesses are pet friendly and there are always people walking their dogs around. People are friendly in passing and always stop to pick up trash or aide someone who is in some sort of distress "

  • Mikayla B.
"For dog owners, it’s very safe to walk them at night. Usually very well lit and police are around every so often. Trash cans available all over for cleaning up after your dog. Only thing that can be an issue is the sidewalks are a bit skinny if you have a dog who maybe isn’t the most dog friendly. I can imagine that would pose a problem as I’ve had to walk in the street to avoid a barking dog more than once. Never had an issue, though. Owners all do a great job of controlling their furry friends. "
