    "I love this place. the first year I lived here someone walked around scoping out my place and my neighbor told me about it. first time in my life I've known most of my neighbors. I walk around all the time and know a lot of people that work in the area. it's a wonderful neighborhood!"

    "It's a busy area during the day with many energetic professionals working at the hospital and sleepy by night as things tend to slow down. Although, there are plenty of shops and restaurants/bars close enough to walk to in one direction and a fantastic park with an exceptional playground and hiking paths in the other direction. This is a wonderful place to call home."

    "I've lived in this neighborhood since 2015 and it is my favorite place I've ever lived. I know all my neighbors! That's the first time in my life. I go on nightly walks and feel very safe. Everytime I walk by someone they say, "Hi!". The house is the best made home I've ever lived in as well. By far the best decision I've ever made. I lucked out big time!"
