Experience Platinum Living at Valley Village Apartments

Platinum Service is our standard for delivering positive and enriching living environments in a caring and consistent manner. Living at one of our communities ensure that your experience will be defined by our commitment to Platinum Service. At Valley Village Apartments we offer convenience and location that is unsurpassed. Nestled in the midst of the 14 acre Three Rivers Park system, Luce Line Regional Bike Trail runs through directly in our backyard. Here, you can enjoy the Downtown vibe without the price tag. Our desired location off of Hwy 100 and Hwy 55 makes access easy to just about anywhere you plan to go! Originally built to meet the housing needs of returning World War II heroes, Valley Village is now home to the next generation! Most of the homes at Valley Village have private exterior entrances. We are not your typical apartment with long, shared hallways! Many of our apartments have been recently remodeled with large kitchen islands and modern fixtures. Select floorplans include a back door that leads to your own wooded oasis. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, shared raised garden/flower garden, picnic and grill areas, access to biking/walking trails, and laundry rooms. Bring Fido and FiFi because they have a pet run of their own. Cats are most welcome too. Call us today and we will make Valley Village your new address. This is a must see community!

"I’ve lived in Golden Valley for over 13 years having moved from South Minneapolis. As a first ring suburb, Golden Valley has easy proximity to the city, but maintains a wonderful suburban feeling. Neighbors are warm and welcoming. The city is vested in the population and community maintains great pride. It is a wonderful place in which to live. "

"pretty good place to live I'd say no bad people it's not too much crime or car break-ins. friendly neighborhood usually. just some people are a bit rude depending on who they are and where you are the most friendly lots of people walking dogs. only problem is hard to find affordable living it's not too cheap here. but it is nice community nothing too bad. only problem is in the winter if you have an apartment it seems that they don't get on the plow of parking lots very well. so you may be caught or suck in your parking spot and that's very inconveniencing"

"I had a lot of reservations about moving to this area and into an apartment complex with a new rental company. But I did my research, spoke with the local police department and grilled the property owner, Rolfe, with tons of questions. From my research, I knew it was a great location becasue it is centrally located to everywhere that I normally go, so I loved that. After speaking with the police department I was even happier becasue they had nothing but GOOD things to say about the positive changes that have occurred since the new management has taken over. In addition, they said it is a very safe area to live in. After all of this I thought, well this just is too good to be true! I mean, a safe place, good location, great rental price, and helpful staff, sounds great! So, after moving in December 2011 I wanted to give it a few months to see how the management does before writing a review. Now here it is, 3-ish months later and here has been my experience: I think Rolfe, the owner, is a great guy and really wants his tenants to be happy and safe in their homes. The maintenance staff is VERY prompt. Each time it surprises me how quickly they fix whatever little thing I need done. This is definitely not a high end condo or anything, but with the new appliances, counter tops, flooring, lighting, and paint my apartment looks great! I am in an older complex that has been updated and it fits my needs perfectly! I can't believe how quiet my apartment is. I rarely hear my neighbors and have never had a problem with loud music or parties, even though I know they are happening in other apartments! Parking can be a challenge at night and I hope they start providing parking tags. But at least I have a place to park! I highly recommend Topsite Property Management and the West End Apartments is a great place to live! "
