    "dog owners would love thos neighborhood, my street in particular it dead ends into a county rec park with concrete trails n dead ends at baseball n basketball fields. most dogs r mid size n always on leashes n a mother of 3 if my kid were attacked by a negligent owner ( I just never in my 25 yrs living in this neighborhood have I've seen or heard of this happening. We have a Civic that meets every month, yet we don’t have an HOA. We have a local fire station near by along with a few mom and pop stores. For the most part the neighborhood hood is quiet and pleasant to live in."
