"Nice and quiet, well maintained and directly across the street from a metro station. Most of our residents are professionals who manage to not be stuffy or overbearing. Very short drive to National Harbor, Old Town Alexandria or Downtown DC. "

"crowded hectic long there is a small gap of time when the DC beltway is not crowded anymore. Around 130p to 2p the traffic going either way slows to 50mph or less mostly less. there is change coming for new shopping."
