"Schools are great till you get to 6th grade and up. The faculty at both the middle school and high school just teach for a check. Not many ( there are a select few ) who care about helping kids that are not from wealthy or well known families. Also sports are not for fun here, they are for winning only. Even in the youngest grades. It’s like high school all over again with the parent groups seems like they all talk behind each other’s back. "

"Lived here for 15 years, good neighborhood, schools close by. Low crime, lots of stores locally, all full service gas stations, variety of different restaurants locally. Property values have risen due to popularity of location, centrally located between 495, mass Pike and route 140. Four different grocery stores to choose from and at least four Dunkin’ locations to choose from. Lowe’s, target, pet smart, Best Buy , "

"I personally live in this community. This is a fantastic family friendly quiet neighborhood. There is a great deal of community spirit. Plenty to do for everyone such as the community center, senior center, bike trail, summer legion baseball, bowling, off road biking on one of the best locations in Massachusetts. There are numerous sporting activities for both boys and girls. Full time professional public services. Plenty of shopping to meet your needs."

"This is a clean and friendly area to live. I used to live in this house. It is really close to schools, parks and local shops and restaurants. It would be great for families who want to be close to schools and parks. It it also part of the great walking route along Congress that is so popular. It is surrounded by quiet and quaint little side streets that include Ray and Dick's Bakery, Rockland Bank and the post office. I LOVED living here and so will you! I only moved because i got a job 50 miles away and married a man from that same area. by the way it is worth WAY more than $99,000. There is updated re-wiring, also the old posts on the front porch were rotted so they were also taken down and replaced PLUS large fenced in backyard with new fence--old one was replaced that was there prior to 1995.
