    "I've lived in QR South for 8 years, and moved there because I knew friends that lived in the area and loved it. Prairie Vista Elementary is a real gem. Access to 80/90 Toll Road, UP Mall Shopping, Michigan Wine Country, Amish Country, Antiques, Apple Picking, Nurseries, Hospitals, etc. are all ideal. When moving I upgraded in the same neighborhood. I don't plan to leave until I downsize in retirement. Great for kids; lots of nice parents who are involved with kids and school. I was a bit hesitant to move to a neighborhood with a Homeowner's Association, but this has really been great. For $125 a year I know that nobody will erect a fence, an unsightly shed, or park a junk car indefinitely. Wonderful area with solid value due to proximity from the golf course / country club, hospital, schools (esp. Prairie Vista Elementary), and of course shopping and restaurants on Grape Road / Main Street / UP Mall. Great for families with one or two parents and retirees. Highly recommended."
