  • Erin Leigh Wittmer
"It’s very walkable and dog friendly. Several shops put of bowls of water and dog treats during the summer. There are plenty of grassy patches for dogs to go potty. Not many large green spaces though and most yards are pretty small. "

"Roscoe village is a sweet oasis in the city. I always feel safe, even walking around in the middle of the night. There’s a few restaurants and bars, but not enough to draw in a mob of people on the weekends, so it seems like it’s usually locals hanging out. The more happening neighborhoods are a stone’s throw away, so if you feel like a wilder night you can bike over somewhere within 10-15 minutes. It seems to be mostly young families around here. The only reason I’m considering moving is because rent has gone up."
