"The neighborhood is gated and very safe. It’s quiet and many of our neighbors are retired or close to retirement. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve found it easy to make friends here. They have golf leagues and ladies night out for the women. I feel very safe walking at night which is important to me because daytime is too hot in the summer!,"
