Camden South Capitol offers studio, one and two bedroom apartments with stainless steel appliances, walnut-plank flooring, walk-in showers, spacious closets, pendant and track lighting, full-size washers and dryers included and balconies with views of the Capitol, Nationals Park Stadium, Audi Field and waterfront scenery. Many of our spacious floor plans even feature built-in desks and dens, perfectly suited for your new home office! Camden South Capitol includes amenities such as a 24-hour concierge service, fenced in dog park, pet grooming lounge, fitness center with cardio and weight training equipment, rooftop pool lounge and more. It's easy to experience the culture of Washington D.C. as the Navy Yard Metro Station and The Yards entertainment district sits just blocks away. Please note that all floor plan availability is subject to change.

We have a 3-story underground, controlled access parking garage available for our residents.
Unassigned parking in the garage is $200 per car per month.
Reserved parking space in the garage is $250 per car per month.
We have ample parking for our residents and visitors in our parking garage on a first-come, first-served basis. We offer a maximum of 10 guest parking permits per day. Each permit is $10 and may be requested from the concierge.
District law requires that a housing provider state that the housing provider will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District or federal government.
