    "Stapleton is actually a fairly large area with multiple housing communities and shopping center, both upscale and run down depending on precisely wherein you are. It has a population density quite higher than a suburban neighborhood but low enough that crime isn't really noticeable (having lived in very high crime areas). Stapleton has great amenities for families and seems to really strive to be a great place to live with plenty of family-focused monthly events."

    "You can take the A train downtown or all the way to the airport in 20 minutes. Bus ride on 20 or 105 is very easy. Also close to 1-25 and I-70 / 270 so easy to get to the highway. Watch out for the school zone - you'll get pulled over or get a photo-ticket."
