Traffic is not too bad either so that’s a great plus. It is also close to both San Francisco and San Jose so jobs are easy to come by for people in tech."

"I live in this area and love it. There's ample safe place in the neighborhood parks and infront of homes for little kids to play around. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. 10 minute drive to the BART station and not even a mile's distance to the 880 intersection. Safeway, Lucky, Target, Walmart, Smart & Final, Costco all are not more than a 10 minute drive. Good restaurants and Century 25 are at Union Landing (walking distance). Except for Kitayama Elementary, schools are not that great. I would definitely recommend buying/ staying in this lovely community. "
