"the neighborhood is ok. there is a access to public transportation. not to far from elementary schools or restaurants and good stores "
- Nana M.

"There is only 8 secure parking spaces with 16 units. You park your car on the street where there are so many homeless people walking by picking up bottles/cans, every so often you hear gunshots randomly, the people who manage this place dont do a good job at it. There is supposedly secure parking but they wont tell you that you probably won't get the parking after you pay them their deposit. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious, and I wouldn't leave any belongings in your car, this is NOT a good area to live in with a family. "

"We are trying to get a function for all of us to enjoy. I love that we communicate with each other and are trying our best to make it happen in this neighborhood"

"Great neighborhood for dogs. Really close to pristine University Park. It’s a popular place for jogging/walking dogs"

"How friendly the neighbors are! The beautiful old trees and unique homes. This is very much a walking neighborhood and very dog friendly! "

"I absolutely love this neighborhood! The people are friendly and I know most of my neighbors! We really do look out for one another! I love the many mature trees and beautiful two parks I live near! The homes are all unique and most are 100 years old, or close to it! It just lacks the feeling of being safe!"

"people love dumpster diving activity 24 hours of the day every day of the week hookers stand on the corner the train drives by every 5 minutes blaring the horn"
- Seumas M.

"Friendly neighbors, nice houses, beautiful parks nearby, close to Miracle Mile and Dameron Hospital. "

"I wouldn't recommend this area to board a pet. This area is riddled with crime, gangs, and is absolutely the worst area of an already horrible city. If you want a nice friendly place, I would suggest you try Harlem prior to coming within 20 miles of Stockton. This is absolutely the WORST place in California."
