        "They would like it because there’s a bunch of people here that have dogs. They walk them around the neighborhood, there’s also a park nearby. They wouldn’t like this neighborhood because there’s a few coyotes here at night. A lot of cars pass by during the night. A lot of cats."

        "there are different areas of spring valley. where I am is a lot of commercial, so it is convenient however it lacks the neighborhood feel. I will say though in my experience everyone seems genuinely very friendly in the businesses as well as the neighbors. it is a good community."
