"I like how my area has a lot of shops and amenities near by but there are a few things that are missing that I would like. Other than that there are a few homeless people in the area and some unpleasant people around. A lot of drivers are aggressive and not courteous, and I wish there were better sidewalks for people to walk safely on."

"it is a quite community although there has recently been increasing activity of homeless people openly in front of downtown businesses and around trolley square. It is my opinion thay rent is too high for this area considering all factors and in comparison with rent for the same size apartment in San Diego "
