"People are very nice and friendly. There are always some people are watching or monitoring, but so far he is watching and help us when we need help. However property managers and real estate are too arrogant here. Maintenance don’t get done and they always has excuses even it’s a major problem. They start ignoring after few reminders, so real estate is horrible."
