"Straight shot to the 110N, which leads to multiple freeways. Not terrible. For being so south, it’s relatively easy to get where you need to go. Bridge to Long Beach is close as well. "

"I live in the area. Too many bars which lead to bar fights and subsequent shootings. Google it! A lot of homeless ajustnd drug addicts, unfortunately. This neighborhood is not great, it’s okay. We call the police often. We are trying to help make the neighborhood better. And as sure as I am writing this, I hear, a homeless man outside yelling to himself, about 700 feet away. Go figure!"

"There are car shows and parades through out the year. There is a cool vibe at night because of the strings of lights on the streets. Can also walk to local pub with cheap drinks. Although the neighborhood is not as safe as it used to be."
