"It's a great neighborhood for kids to see people shooting up on the street. Homeless situation is out of control. "

"Eclectic, upscale neighborhood right between nightlife of the Mission and family friendly Noe Valley. Great walkability to at least 4 terrific parks, world class bakeries and ice cream parlors, children’s creative workshops, unique retail (no chains), and so much more. Fair Oaks St on Halloween might be one of the city’s biggest and most fun block parties that no one talks about. "

"There are lots of young kids in the neighborhood. Several cute parks within walking distance make this a great location for parents and caregivers. I wish there were more teens around too"

"Not the best area for families, park attracts a younger crowd not to mention homeless and drifters. Have spotted needles along my walk to work many times."
