"People are always walking their dogs around the neighborhood. Lots of crosswalks to make it easy to get around and the walk way is not right next to the street which I like a lot. "

"I lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. The only thing that unique was there is only one-way in & one-way out. So people don’t usually come up here unless they live here or are visiting. Seems to be a safety perk. "
