"A lot of people do not pick up their dog poop when they are walking their dogs around the area. The parking situation also sucks so make sure you have your own designated parking area in your apartment "

"Nothing. With all the chain restaurants we are just like every other city. There is not much in the way of history anymore. The current city council wants big business, not small family owned and run business "

"We have different types of events in the parks where parents can take their kids or they can walk to use the basketball courts, swim and bbq. The city has a a lot of free events for the people could attend such as city hall events, Carnival and bands etc. you have store and Resturant at walking or close distance. At one time had cows but still you can see horses since many homes have horse homes. People are friendly and welcoming in the area. I have lived in Norwalk since the 80’s and still feel safe. There are shopping center, theaters, nail and hair shops etc. at one time we closed the street for the 4th of July and enjoyed each other potluck in the front of the house. After majority of people died or felt the younger family do other things. "

"Norwalk has so many great things about the city & some not so good! The city works hard to keep the streets in shape, the parks clean and the freeways nice. We have a huge homeless problem but almost all city’s do now. We have the metro here and buses. It’s a busy city! With some crime. But lots of community activity! We have enjoyed living here. "
