Why Live The Co.? We are a 21+ co-living space located in Culver City only ten minutes from Venice Beach! We have spots available for immediate move-in, including a $499 first month special.

We'd love for you to join our amazing co-living community! Our building concept is a shared model, in which tenants have their own private quarters within a shared bedroom. Each apartment is beautifully designed, fully furnished and equipped with all necessities.

In addition to your apartment, building residents will also have access to our gorgeous rooftop, co-working space and fully equipped gym.

The Co. is not only a home, but a communal space to meet like-minded people and grow in more ways than you could have imagined. Come find the connection and sense of family you've been missing from big city environments!
