My neighbors that own property don't agree with the owner short 90 notice. "

    "Monterey Hills is a great area! Quiet, serene, and safe. We've lived here for over 12 years and love walking at night around the neighborhood. It's close to both downtown as well as Pasadena, so there are many choices for entertainment as well as night-life. Freeway convenient to the 110, as well as close to the Gold line, so commuting is a breeze. The complexes are generally well cared-for, and some have stunning views of the downtown LA sky-line. We've never had any problem with noise or loud neighbors in 12 years, which, for Los Angeles, is quite remarkable."
