There are high rise condos and OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED RENTAL APARTMENTS IN DOWNTOWN LONG BEACH THAT IS UNAFFORDABLE TO THE AVERAGE COLLEGE EDUCATED PROFESSIONAL! "
