We've dramatically diminished our water requirements with water miser devices for our toilets, faucets, showers and big time with drought resistant landscaping.

Finally we've installed state of the art LED lighting with special battery back up when the grid is down. Extremely important at night getting from your apt door to your vehicle safely. Unfortunately The electrical grid is predicted to be down more frequently.

Using nontoxic organic cleansers and no smoking in many buildings with limited or no BBQ's gate to gate add to our efforts in taking our residents' health options into consideration.
