"We have lived in this area almost 29 years. It is a very stable area. Pride in ownership abounds. A few very well-kept rental income properties, but mostly owner owned. Although the homes were built in 1950, the basic construction is sound, with raised foundations. Some residents have done extensive remodeling, yet they have kept the original appearance. An easy walk to downtown Fullerton, Fullerton High School, Fullerton College and other shopping. Traffic noise is light and now that we have permit parking for residence, the street parking is abundant. "

"I have been specializing in the Hidden Lakes Community since 1990. Over the past 24 years I have worked with over 80 home buyers, home sellers, landlords and tenants in this neighborhood. I have seen the community go through many changes and all of them good. The HOA has a solid budget. The community grounds are well maintained. The homeowners and the board of the HOA do their best to hire the right gardeners to maintain the lush grounds and keep the streams that run through the community clean and pleasant. Hidden Lakes is located in The Beechwood Elementary and Jr High School district. There is easy access to both the 91 and 57 freeways and to Downtown Fullerton's shopping, dining, culture and train station. Hidden Lakes is one of my favorite communities in the city of Fullerton."

"This area has beautiful BIG Tree lined streets and is full of custom homes on extra large lots with lots of options for those wishing to have a large home and still have a lot of property around you with privacy. IT is right down the street from St. Jude Medical Hospital and Services. Take a drive around and you will see for yourself how peaceful it is here :)"
