No more than two pets per apartment are allowed. Pets require an additional deposit of $500 per pet as well as additional fees (pet rent= $30-$45, where applicable). No weight limit. Having a pet that attacks a person or another animal is grounds for removal of the pet and/or termination of the tenancy.

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
