"You’re lucky if you can find a parking in this area because so many people are living under the same roof and the apartments only allow one or two parking so everybody is cramping the street with all these extra cars that the city should not be allowing them to park or rent if they don’t have apartments but for them"

"Alhambra is located within 8 miles from downtown making my morning commute approximately 20 minutes each morning. There are multiple bus routes that take you directly into DTLA if you want to take public transportation. Overall the relatively short commute to work is the reason I love living in Alhambra."

"The diversity in food and people make our neighborhood unique. The radius of the city and the many neighboring cities and neighborhoods that connect one via main avenues. Our downtown may not be big but one can definitely walk there and enjoy a nice meal and drink. It’s both family friendly and for single people. Grocery stores aren’t as close but only a 5-7 minute drive. I love that our city is only 15 minutes from downtown Los Ángeles but feels like you live far from it. Lots of trees, parks, and people walking on the street with their pets. The best part for me as a parent is that schools are really good here and have several programs for the youth and let’s not forget class and activities for the elderly. Seems to me like an overall safe community to raise a family and somewhat centralized in the heart of L.A. "
