      "the downtown area is fun, and the people are super friendly. the water parks are the best in the summer time. you can use a golf cart to get to the store, the kids to school, go golfing, or just go visit a neighbor. the restaurant's are numerous and eceltic with new ones coming every year or so.       "There are green areas that have deer, rabbits and other wildlife right behind our home and throughout the neighborhood. And then a mile away, there are restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and all the other conveniences of a large town. And a few miles the other direction is the countryside of a Texas. "
