    "There are only a few pockets of fairly heavily traffic areas. But pretty mild. It also depends on the time of day you go out and about. The only really bad time is when school gets out and where our school is located it can be a bit frustrating with how long it takes. "

    "We have outside activity nights occasionally on grounds of the church that is in the center of our neighborhood. Just good family fun for the entire neighborhood. Jumo arounds, face painting, food trucks, etc. Even had hot air balloon lift off rides once."
